Terms and Conditions for Battle Infinity Ambassador Program:

By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) between you and Battle Infinity:

1. Program Requirements

As an Ambassador, you agree to promote Battle Infinity and our products on your personal social media accounts, blog, and other online channels. You will be provided with exclusive discounts, early access to new products, and other benefits. In exchange, you agree to promote our brand and products in a positive and truthful manner.

2. Compensation

As an Ambassador, you will receive referral amount in $IBAT equivalent to the USD amount you have earned through your unique referral link or referral code. Battle Infinity has the ability to change the referral amount at any time.

The Ambassadors of Battle Infinity are not staff members of Battle Infinity, and will not receive any compensation or benefits beyond what is offered by the Battle Infinity Ambassador Program.

3. Use of Company Materials

You may use Battle Infinity logos, images, and other promotional materials only for the purpose of promoting Battle Infinity and our products as part of the Program. You may not modify or alter these materials in any way without our prior written consent.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in behavior that we deem to be harmful to our brand.

Battle Infinity has the freedom to modify these Terms and Conditions, as well as alter or terminate the Battle Infinity’s Ambassador Program without advance notice.

5. Accurate Information

By joining Battle Infinity’s Ambassador Program, you are committing to providing truthful and thorough information about yourself.

6. Confidentiality

As an Ambassador, you may have access to confidential information about Battle Infinity and our products. You agree to keep this information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.

7. Data Utilisation

Battle Infinity has the authority to utilize the information you provide in your application for their Ambassador Program to get in touch with you about the program, as well as for other marketing reasons.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Battle Infinity, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, expenses, or other losses arising out of your participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be decided exclusively by the courts of the respective jurisdiction.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Battle Infinity regarding your participation in the Program, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By clicking “I agree” and participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

11. Withdrawal referral amount

Battle Infinity have the right to stop and resume withdrawal of referral amount anytime.
